We want to do LED display, first of all, we have to prepare enough materials, today many days of efforts we collected a LED display installation production and manufacturing process, for everyone to carefully explain the required materials and display processes. A display screen covers the outer frame part, display part, choke part, power part and small accessories.

1. Part of the outer frame: special aluminum profile, corners, light steel keel, tailgate (aluminum-plastic board, Oolong board)

2. Display local: unit board. Accessories include: cable power cord.

3. Choke local: choke card, adapter board, cable. Note! (Individual choke cards do not need to transfer board and cable)

4. Local power supply: 220V-5V power supply. Commonly used 40A, 30A. Starting work depends on the situation.

5. Small accessories: 16P line, 16P card head and clip, three core number value line, DB9 head (needle, hole) DB9 rubber shell, power cord, self-tapping. Strong magnet

6. Tools: cutting machine, crimping pliers, electric soldering iron, wire stripper, screwdriver.

Assembly procedure

Do a display screen first to confirm the volume of the outer frame, below I explain to you all at once cut the border method. Take the most commonly used 3.5*90 profile and P10 unit board as an example. The display size is 2 *5 pieces.

Confirm the dimensions of the cell board, very accurate to millimetres. Take the P10 unit board for example: its size is 16cm*32cm.

2. Calculate the net size of the height and width of the unit board in the display screen. For example, the height is 2 *16cm=32cm and the width is 32cm*5 =160cm

3. Subtract 4mm from the calculated net size. As mentioned above, its net size is 32cm*160cm, then the aluminum size should be (32cm-4mm)*(160cm-4mm)=31.6cm*159.6cm. 31.6 and 159.6 are the actual size of the aluminum, and the display is more than 3 meters to subtract 5mm.

4. The corners and the cut profiles are signed with self-tapping, thoroughly tidy up the clutter, and place it face down.

5. Put the unit board in the direction, do not make the wrong direction. The place where the pins are inserted must be towards the height of the profile.

6. Install the magnet bracket on the unit plate and broadcast the magnetic sheet into the concave channel of the nursery column.

7. Measure the length required by the light steel keel and cut it, put it on the magnet, and try to make the magnet in the central position of the keel to avoid the deviation of the distance.

8. Sign the keel with self-tapping and border.

9. Connect the unit board with the line to form a bridge, and do not let the line have the phenomenon of buttons.

10. Fix the power supply to the appropriate position inside the profile, which can be identified according to the following, and the power supply is generally placed on the profile below the display screen. Pay attention to the insulation with the unit board.

11. Co-signed power cord, the power cord can not be clearly signed, the display screen is low-voltage office, but the current is very large. Can not be all the way over, the full current of a P10 unit board is 4A, that is, a 40A power supply can take ten unit boards. The line of the exposed screen is in parallel, that is, the positive electrode is connected to the positive electrode, the cathode is connected to the cathode, and the ordinary VCC,+5V,+V is the positive electrode. GND,COM,-V are the cathodes. And the positive cathode must not be connected to the wrong, otherwise it will lead to the unit blackboard scrap. Example: A 40A power supply with 10 unit boards, we can be divided into three and together to the power supply 5V once, and then in and three to the power supply once, and finally four and together connected to the power supply. That is to say, there are no more than 4 unit boards per circuit, so that the line will not be damaged due to excessive current.

12. Put the choke card on the input end of the unit board, and be sure to supply 5V power directly from the power supply.

13. The pins of the choke card are divided according to the order. Such as JK1.JK2… … Or J1.J2… … JP1.JP2… … The position of one should be attached to the unit board at the top of the arrow at the input end of the unit board.

14. Joint signing of the unit board and choke block: there is A small white color letter A around the pin of the ordinary choke card, and the input end of the unit board also has such characters, as long as the two A are signed in parallel with a row of lines is accurate.

15. After the above work is done, the debris inside the screen must be thoroughly cleaned and tidy to avoid the conductive aluminum powder, iron powder, and wire tip falling into the circuit board to destroy the operating unit board.

16. After the thorough finishing work is done, the power test is carried out, and the premise is to do the numerical line. Because most of the digital control business card printing is not changed before the value is apparent abnormal. So when you meet the power, it reveals messy symbols, darkening, bright spots, etc… … Do not exaggerate, as long as the positive cathode is not connected to the wrong need not care about it.

17. Welding method of numerical line: Ordinary display screen only uses two of the three below. Extension cable: This is required for every display. As the name suggests, its utility is to extend the numerical interface of the choke card beyond the display screen. Since your display will eventually have to close the back cover, you can’t change the data once and remove the back cover! The materials he needed were: one piece of needless three-core wire, one DB9 pin, and one DB9 hole. The number 6789 is marked above the welding spot on the back of each DB9, we only need to sign three of them. These three for 235 pin 2 and hole 2 with three core wire where one of the side of the welding. 3 and 3 welding 5 and 5 welding. Put the rubber shell into the end with the needle, (because the hole is inside the screen) it is OK!

The welding method of the two disjoint straight lines is the same as that of the extension line, the difference is that the two disjoint straight lines use two DB9 holes, which require a rubber shell. The staggered lines are made of the same material as the two lines that don’t intersect, except that the two of the staggered lines connect to the three of the other line and the three connects to the two of the other line, and the five still connects to the five. Two head shells are also required.

18. The two lines that are staggered and disjoint are still staggered according to the use of the choke card.

19. After the above office is done, the remaining is to adjust, the premise is that the display must be adjusted with power capacity. Because there are so many controls on the market, I won’t have to.

20. After the adjustment test 2-5 days later, if there is no problem, the back cover can be cut and sealed. Delivery is finally ready!

Matters needing attention

1. The unit board and choke card must not be connected to more than 5V power.

2. All the positive cathode of the line must not be connected wrong.

3. The clutter in the screen must be thoroughly sorted out.

4. 220V AC has no positive cathode.
